1. How can I place an order with Aido?

  • You can select the product that you wish to purchase and provide your address details with contact numbers and pay using our secure payment gateways. Once the order is generated, we will be shipping the same to the address provided through courier. Protected by SSL Certificate, you can shop with confidence and peace of mind with Aido.
  • You can use Visa, MasterCard on Aido. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheque's or money orders.
  • If you wish, you can also call our customer support team at +971 48811886  between 9:30 am to 7:30 pm UAE time Saturday to Thursday and they will assist you in placing an order online or you can email us at support@aido.com


2. How are shipping & handling charges calculated?


Shipping & handling is calculated depending on a variety of factors, including:

  • Weight of item
  • Number of total items being shipped
  • Shipping method used
  • Fragility of item
  • Location of shipping address
  • Duties and other shipping charges as required

All shipping & handling charges are calculated in real time, however they may not reflect actual and/or total shipping & handling costs incurred.


3. When will my order ship out to me?

  • Aido ensures that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Every effort is made to ship your product on the next business day following your order.
  • When you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order, the amount and the billing and shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, a second email will be sent to you featuring a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your order in the courier's website.

4. What is the return policy of Aido?

  • Please call our customer support team at +971 48811886 between 9:30 am to 7:30 pm UAE time Saturday to Thursday to know about the return policy.

5. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, Aido will send you an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online at www.eliteairborne.com (local shipments) and www.fedex.com (for international shipments)
  • Should you require assistance in tracking your order, please contact our customer service team at +971 48811886 between 9:30 am to 7:30 pm UAE time Saturday to Thursday.

6. I am unable to complete the order using "Credit Card" Payment option


  • Please check if the credit card details are entered correctly including the secure password
