The Dietary pledges will tell you of simple ways to tweak our current diet, allowing you to enjoy your favorite foods and also making way to healthy alternatives. Finally, each section has several recipes that were carefully planned according to the foods allowed and food to be avoided as mentioned in dietary pledges.
