Where does Aido.com Deliver?
We deliver our products worldwide. Our customers are scattered across various locations like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, USA, UK, etc.
Domestic Shipping
The orders are normally shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order placed and delivered within 3 working days.
The shipping charges are calculated automatically based on various factors like delivery location, weight of the products, etc.
International Shipping
The orders are normally shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order placed and delivered within 3 - 5 working days. The delivery days would change according to the location, but we try to deliver the products at the earliest to the customers.
Track your Package
Once the order is dispatched from our end, the docket details and the courier name are mailed to the customer with which the shipment can be tracked from the courier’s website.
For Domestic shipping, we use Elite courier and the shipment can be tracked at http://www.eliteairborne.com/
For International shipping, we use Fedex courier and the shipment can be tracked at http://www.fedex.com/ae/

Non-Receipt of Package
If the tracking information indicates the product has been delivered, please check with you family members or neighbors. Else you can contact our customer care team at +971 4 8811886 (Saturday -Thursday, 9:30AM -7:30PM)
If the tracking information indicates the package is returned back to origin (Due to various reasons as Address incorrect, etc.), then the shipment would be sent back again after confirming the address with the customer .
