I watched this movie for the second time coming over to Dubai. It has to be one of the best films of the past year. Lots of great dialogue, action and romance.

It’s fair to say that there is a fair amount of gore in this film so it’s not going to be for all the family, but the action flows pretty quickly so none of it stays very long on the screen.

The three heroes of the film: Kick Ass, Big Daddy and Hit Girl are all great characters. Whilst Kick Ass mostly gets his ass kicked, Hit Girl does the business.

Everything in the film works well, the acting, the scenes, costumes, soundtrack and flow and there’s a great sense of humour throughout. It’s also a film you can definitely watch more than once.
